The Indian Cabin is the same size as the Cowboy Cabin (40' x 20'). One bedroom, bath (with shower) and kitchen/dining/living room. The Cowboy Cabin is set length ways facing the lake and the Indian Cabin is set deep with the width side having the deck facing the lake but goes deeper into the trees for more privacy.

To Cook or not to Cook

This Cozy 2 room cabin contains all the luxuries of home with a fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cooking pans, coffee mugs, and wine glasses! We provide the basic spices, olive oil, coffee, creamer, and sugar. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and microwave. Enjoy your favorite coffee sitting on the porch swing overlooking the lake as the Canadian Geese fly in for a landing.

BBQ Area and Fire Ring

Enjoy grilling steaks or cooking up your catch of the day while never leaving the deck on the BBQ as you overlook the lake. The BBQ is charcoal - you will need to bring.

There is a fire pit ring just off the porch that overlooks the lake. Bring S’mores makings and enjoy roasting marshmallows over the bonfire next to the lake.

We provide a bundle of wood - if it has been raining our wood will be wet, you may want to bring wood or fire logs & lighter fluid to get our wood going and to have more fires.

Private

You will have your own secluded hideaway on a private lake approximately 15 acres and a 5 acre pond on the backside of the cabins. There are only three cabins on the lake and you cannot see one cabin from the other and they cannot be seen from the road which makes it very private, quiet and peaceful.

There is a combination of road and path that goes around the lake, pond and property that is suitable for walking, jogging and biking. Feel free to bring bicycles if you want.

Fishing

We have THE BEST fishing around! Both our pond and lake are waiting for you! If you like to fish be sure and bring all your fishing gear (poles, reels, tackle, and bait). There are Big Mouth Bass, Perch, Crappie, and Carp - all sizes. Bait suggestions: Spinner baits and top water poppers for late evening and night fishing or early morning fishing. The fish are waiting to jump on your hook!

Swimming

The lake is great for swimming. There are paddle boat for you to use. You can paddle out to the Island for a picnic. Please feel free to bring your rafts to float around on, canoes, kayaks, and/or boats with trolling motors.

Sleeping

In the bedroom is a queen bed and in the living room there is a full size bed and a twin size day bed. It can sleep 5 adults comfortably and/or 2-4 children. The Indian cabin has an air-conditioner and heater in both rooms with ceiling fans. Due to the fact that our rates are so reasonable we must charge a $25 per person charge for every person over 4 people per stay.

There is a Smart TV, DVD player, movies, stereo, games, colors & coloring books, and Dominoes to enjoy as well.

Pets are Welcome!

We welcome your well-mannered and controllable pets. We are animal lovers ourselves – we have a horse, dog, cats, and chickens on the Ranch.

As you can see the Indian Cabin is set back in the trees. The porch over looks the lake and you can see the pond in the back. Behind the fence on the porch is the BBQ,

You can see the Island from the porch and the West end of the lake. The Martin House (birds) is out there in this open area. It's fun to watch the Martins dive to eat the bugs. The Martins return every year.
